Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Uren, creating or using an account, using any free feature, activating Premium, purchasing an add-on, redeeming a promotion, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use Uren.

These Terms apply to the website, dashboard, accounts, support, notifications, Vault, tools, automations, Premium access, add-ons, payment flows, and every other current or future Uren feature.

Free Access, Premium and Add-ons

Uren may provide features through free access, trials, Premium access, promotions, add-ons, account-specific limits, or any other access model selected by Uren.

Free access does not create any entitlement to continued access, a particular usage limit, support level, feature set, or service quality. Premium provides time-limited access to the features designated by Uren at that time. Add-ons provide temporary additional limits, capacity, profile slots, token slots, queries, or similar benefits and do not create permanent ownership of any feature.

Premium, trials, promotions, add-ons, prices, limits, durations, eligibility rules, and included features may be introduced, changed, restricted, replaced, suspended, or removed by Uren at any time without prior notice.

Account Integrity

Each person may operate only one Uren account. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, alternative identities, repeated trials, fraudulent registrations, account transfers, and attempts to bypass access rules or usage limits are prohibited.

Uren may use automated and manual methods to identify abuse, linked accounts, suspicious activity, payment misuse, or violations. Uren may restrict or terminate all related accounts and remove all associated access, Premium time, add-ons, limits, promotions, and benefits without notice or refund.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your account, actions, settings, selected profiles, wallets, addresses, networks, assets, credentials, API keys, private keys, tokens, linked accounts, automation rules, transaction details, and every instruction submitted through Uren.

You must verify all information before saving a setting, starting an automation, confirming an operation, or making a payment. You are responsible for complying with applicable rules and with the terms of every third-party platform you use through or alongside Uren.

Any action performed through your account is treated as authorized by you. Uren is not responsible for mistakes, unauthorized account access, compromised credentials, incorrect configuration, user error, or actions performed by anyone who gains access to your account or credentials.

Vault and Credentials

Vault allows users to store and manage supported wallets, API keys, tokens, and other credentials used by Uren features. You remain solely responsible for deciding what to store, keeping independent backups, maintaining valid credentials, and removing or replacing access that is no longer trusted.

No storage, encryption, security, backup, recovery, or availability method can be guaranteed to prevent every loss, compromise, corruption, deletion, disclosure, or unauthorized use. Uren accepts no responsibility for any event involving credentials, wallets, stored values, linked services, or resulting account and asset activity.

No Service or Result Guarantee

Uren does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete, compatible, or error-free operation. Uren does not guarantee any minimum uptime, response time, processing time, support response, transaction completion, automation execution, entry, allocation, eligibility result, win, notification delivery, data availability, financial result, or other outcome.

Queues, delays, rate limits, maintenance, outages, software defects, provider failures, network congestion, stale data, rejected requests, missed events, incomplete results, and permanent feature loss may occur at any time. No such event creates a right to a refund, compensation, replacement service, extension, account credit, or restoration.

Platform and Feature Changes

Uren may add, remove, disable, restrict, redesign, rename, replace, reset, migrate, pause, or discontinue any service, integration, network, provider, payment method, feature, limit, plan, add-on, automation, account type, or part of the platform at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.

Uren may perform maintenance, emergency changes, migrations, security actions, access restrictions, data cleanup, configuration changes, and operational updates without notice. Problems, incompatibilities, losses, interruptions, or changed results caused by these actions do not create liability or any right to a refund or compensation.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Uren depends on and interacts with independent websites, APIs, social platforms, blockchain networks, wallets, smart contracts, RPC services, payment systems, data providers, infrastructure providers, and other third parties. Uren does not control them and is not responsible for their rules, decisions, availability, security, accuracy, changes, blocks, rate limits, outages, losses, or actions.

A third party may change its platform, introduce verification or protection systems, reject automation, suspend an account, revoke access, change an API, return incorrect data, delay an operation, or discontinue a service without warning. Uren has no obligation to restore compatibility, provide a workaround, or compensate users for any resulting impact.

Automation and Blockchain Risks

Automation and blockchain tools act on user-selected settings and may produce delayed, failed, duplicated, partial, unexpected, or irreversible results. Blockchain transactions may involve fees, price changes, slippage, network congestion, smart-contract behavior, bridge risk, provider risk, and permanent loss. Transactions generally cannot be cancelled or reversed after submission.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming every operation and for all resulting transfers, approvals, trades, bridge activity, fees, taxes, losses, account actions, and third-party consequences. Uren is a software platform and does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, custody, brokerage, exchange, fiduciary, or professional advice.

Payments, Premium, Add-ons and No Refunds

All payments, Premium purchases, add-on purchases, upgrades, extensions, renewals, promotions, and redemptions are final, non-refundable, non-reversible, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, another product, or another account.

No refund, partial refund, prorated refund, compensation, credit, replacement, extension, or charge reversal will be provided for any reason, including user error, incorrect payment details, wrong network or asset, overpayment, underpayment, transaction fees, delayed confirmation, change of mind, dissatisfaction, unused time, lost access, downtime, service failure, provider failure, platform changes, removed features, discontinued services, account restriction, suspension, or termination.

Users are solely responsible for sending the correct payment amount through the displayed payment method and for all network, wallet, exchange, and transaction fees. A payment is treated as completed only when Uren verifies and activates the corresponding purchase.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not abuse trials, promotions, accounts, limits, APIs, payment systems, support, referrals, automations, or platform resources; resell or transfer access; bypass restrictions; reverse engineer the platform; interfere with security or operations; introduce harmful code; scrape or automate Uren outside the provided interfaces; impersonate others; use unauthorized credentials; violate third-party rights; or use Uren for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

Uren decides whether conduct violates these Terms and may take any protective or enforcement action it considers appropriate.

Suspension and Termination

Uren may investigate, limit, lock, suspend, disable, delete, or permanently terminate any account, session, credential, profile, automation, operation, Premium access, add-on, promotion, or platform access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Uren is not required to provide advance warning, evidence, an explanation, an appeal, data recovery, restoration, continued access, a refund, or compensation. Termination or restriction does not remove the user's responsibilities or any provisions intended to continue after access ends.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Uren and every related service, feature, result, integration, and item of information are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Uren makes no express, implied, statutory, or other warranty concerning availability, continuity, security, accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, performance, or results.

You use Uren entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for evaluating whether the platform and any result are suitable for your purposes and for maintaining any independent safeguards, records, and backups you consider necessary.

Limitation of Liability

Uren, its operators, owners, contributors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives accept no responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss, damage, claim, cost, expense, penalty, lost profit, lost opportunity, lost asset, lost data, account action, payment issue, transaction result, security event, service interruption, automation result, or third-party action arising from or related to Uren.

This exclusion applies regardless of cause, foreseeability, notice, legal theory, user payment, platform availability, technical failure, negligence allegation, or whether a feature was free, Premium, promotional, or purchased as an add-on.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Uren, its operators, owners, contributors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from all claims, demands, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, judgments, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your account, conduct, instructions, payments, credentials, wallets, assets, automations, transactions, use of third-party platforms, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party's rights.

Changes to These Terms

Uren may revise, replace, expand, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect when published. Continued access to or use of Uren after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

General Terms and Contact

These Terms form the entire agreement concerning use of Uren and replace prior statements concerning the same subject. Uren's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Uren may transfer or assign its rights, obligations, operations, accounts, or services without notice. Users may not transfer their rights or accounts.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to its intended protective purpose.
