By accessing, purchasing, or activating any premium membership or feature on Uren, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform or its premium features.
Uren reserves the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. Any modifications take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Each user is permitted to hold and operate only one account on Uren. The creation or use of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction — including but not limited to registering duplicate accounts, using alternative identities, or otherwise subverting the single-account rule — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Free trials are offered exclusively to new users and are limited to one per person. Any attempt to obtain more than one trial, whether through multiple accounts, identity misrepresentation, or any other means, is considered abuse and is strictly forbidden.
Uren employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify multi-account activity, trial abuse, and other integrity violations. Upon detection, Uren reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate all associated accounts without prior notice. No refunds, partial or full, shall be issued under any circumstances for accounts terminated due to violations of this section.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including but not limited to your password, API keys, wallet private keys, Discord authentication tokens, and any other access credentials associated with your account. Uren shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access arising from compromised, leaked, or stolen credentials, regardless of the cause.
You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to use Uren in any manner that violates the terms of service of any third-party platform with which Uren integrates or interacts.
When using Uren, you agree not to:
Uren reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in abusive or fraudulent behavior, attempted to exploit the platform or its systems, or used the service for any unlawful purpose.
In the event of termination under this section, all premium access associated with the account shall be immediately revoked. No refunds or compensation of any kind shall be provided. Uren is under no obligation to restore access to a terminated account or to provide evidence regarding the basis for termination.
All payments made for premium memberships, including but not limited to one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, and promo code redemptions, are final and non-refundable except where expressly required by applicable law. Once a payment is confirmed or a promo code is redeemed, the associated membership duration is irrevocably applied to the account and cannot be reversed, refunded, prorated, or transferred to another account or user.
Exceptions to this policy may be granted solely at Uren's discretion in cases of verified technical errors on our part that prevent service delivery. No exception shall be considered for change of mind, dissatisfaction with platform features, service unavailability, discontinued features, or account termination resulting from policy violations.
Uren is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects. We expressly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Uren may suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to maintain or restore any specific feature, integration, or automation capability. Downtime, maintenance windows, and feature deprecation may occur without compensation or liability.
Uren offers automation integrations for various platforms as described below. Features marked as "Coming Soon" are not yet available and may be delayed, modified, or canceled at our sole discretion.

Raffle automation and management through the AlphaBot API. Uren acts solely as a management interface and does not guarantee successful entries, raffle wins, or specific outcomes from any automation run.
Twitter/X engagement automation for quests and tasks.
Multi-chain raffle and giveaway integration.
Automated NFT mint detection and sniping.
Uren may integrate with, interact with, or rely upon third-party platforms, software applications, communication services, blockchain networks, application programming interfaces (APIs), and data providers. These third-party services are operated entirely independently of Uren. Uren is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party service, and makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding their availability, performance, accuracy, reliability, security, or continued operation.
Any interactions you have with third-party services through Uren are solely between you and the relevant third party. Uren shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from such interactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uren and its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the use of the platform, including but not limited to missed or failed raffle entries, unsuccessful automation runs, lost profits or revenue, data loss, cryptocurrency transaction failures, account suspension, or any other loss or damage, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Uren has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Uren's total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to Uren in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
